In order to mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 we are sharing some stories from our singers in regard to how being a member of the choir has a positive impact on their health.

“Singing in a group choir is a wonderful way to de-stress from life, it’s been my therapy for the past three years

“It is a chance to forget everything else and be’ in the moment’ as we rehearse and I find that relaxing and healthy. We always have a laugh too.”
